The hospitality industry’s labor pool is still approximately 8% smaller than it was in February of 2020. That is equivalent to about 985,000 jobs! So, not only has it become more difficult to find quality employees, it has become exasperating to find any employees at all.

We are here to fix this. Our industry is very large, but our regional families are small and tight-knit.
