When you post a shift (or series of shifts) through us, we want to get to know your preferences and requirements before we send you one of our professionals. For example, many establishments value experience above everything else, and some do not require any experience for lower-skilled positions. Be sure to fill out our checklist thoroughly and inform us of any additional requirements so that we may select your most ideal teammate.
Before our professionals may become certified on our platform, we inquire about the positions they are able to work and their credentials associated with each one.
We go above and beyond when verifying our professionals’ work history. While experience is arguably the most important requirement in each position, we also look for certain skills specific to each role in order to fully understand our team’s brightest qualities so that we may match you with your perfect fit.
